Luxury Apartment Complex

The roof of this new construction luxury apartment complex features areas of living roofing, also known as a green roof. Vegetation and growing media were installed over a specialized waterproofing and drainage system. The roof includes rooftop paver patio areas, a swimming pool, and a landscaped terrace area overlooking the city. The planted roof provides environmental and aesthetic benefits while helping manage stormwater, reduce heat absorption, and improve the building’s energy efficiency.
